Two Different But Interesting Stories

One involves Microsoft's recent legal action against the website Cryptome.org The website has been around for awhile and was gone in a heartbeat after they posted a document that Microsoft intended for law enforcement and government agencies. This document briefed them on what data is stored on their servers, for how long etc. But the kicker here is that there didn't seem to be too much there that would not be obvious. Where the mystery comes in is why they took such strong action against the website who revealed it. Now, the document is all over the place and the story has generated quite a stir.
